BerGenBio ASA: BerGenBio – Mandatory notification of trade by Primary Insider
Bergen, Norway,16 June 2022 -BerGenBioASA (OSE: BGBIO) (the “Company”), has been notified that Anders Tullgren, Chairman of the Board and primary insider of BerGenBio ASA, has bought 25,000 shares in BerGenBio ASA at an average price of NOK 10.73 per share. The shares are purchased under the sign on bonus agreement approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting 6 January 2022 in connection with the appointment of Mr. Tullgren as Chairman of the Board in BerGenBio ASA.
After the transaction Mr. Tullgren holds 50,000 shares in BerGenBio ASA.
