BerGenBio ASA: BERGENBIO ASA: Board approval of 2020 annual financial statement
Bergen, Norway – 23 February 2021: The Board of Directors in BerGenBio ASA (the “Company”) (OSE:BGBIO) today approved the 2020 annual financial statements prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). The financial statements are in accordance with the preliminary 2020 annual financial statements published on 10 February 2021.
The annual report 2020 will be made available on BerGenBio ASA’s website www.bergenbio.com on 25 February 2021. BerGenBio ASA’s annual general meeting is planned to be held on 19 March 2021.

Interim data from an ongoing, randomized, controlled phase 2 ovarian cancer trial is expected in 2026.
